Thank you for making the decision to Renew Your Membership. ( You only need to do this if you have received a notice to renew and your Annual Membership is Due for Renewal).
If you feel confident using the internet, please just select the type of membership you wish to renew now:
Renew Membership - INDIVIDUAL - $20 per year
Renew Membership - FAMILY - $30 per year
Otherwise, here are the instructions about what will happen when you click on your selected membership type. If you need help, ask your "buddy" (another member of Arts Connect Inc, or someone who is confident using computers and the internet to order online).
If all else fails, click the box "Enquire about this Item" and send a message. (Note that this will require one of our few volunteers to spend time dealing with your enquiry, so do not use unless you have tried to go through the process after thoroughly reading the instructions). 1. Click on the type of membership you wish to renew (Above).
This will take you to the product page.
2. Click "Add to Cart”
Your Shopping Cart Details will be displayed.
3. If this is correct, click on the GREEN button ‘PAY AT
CHECKOUT”
(Fear Not – you will later have a chance to select how you
wish to pay)
On the Page "Your Payment Details and Method”-
4. read instructions and then SCROLL DOWN to BILLING Address Details
5. Enter your details in all the boxes, particularly those with
a red *
6. Select your Payment method
7. Tick the box "agree to our order policy
8. Click Continue with Order
9. Check the details you entered on the next page "Please
Confirm Your Details …”
10. Either Click "Edit Order Details” or"Proceed to Pay for Order”
(Again Fear Not – you have selected your method of payment –
this system is designed for universal internet use.We have adapted it for our purposes and our members who have
less knowledge of the internet and computers – they are learning, so thank you
for your patience).
The next page will show you our bank details if you have
selected to pay by Direct Debit etc and your Tax Invoice Number (In the RED
box).
11. Please read instructions there.An Invoice will be automatically mailed to you in an email.When you receive the email, click on
the link to see the full invoice.All the details of your order and our address and bank details will be
included in this invoice.
If Paying by Cheque please make sure you make the cheque
payable correctly to ARTS CONNECT Inc.(do not leave out Inc.)Take a note of the address to mail to.It will also appear on the invoice that will be mailed to
you.
12. Click "Finalise Order and Continue”
